Welcome to the sixth annual GREAT GRAPES OF TEXAS WINE TASTING CRUISE
Monday, November 10 through Saturday, November 15, 2008 sailing from Galveston, Texas aboard CARNIVAL'S FUNSHIP ECSTASY, a large ship with window, no window and balcony cabins, exciting entertainment and two ports of call. Texas is home to many fine wineries and we are pleased to offer the opportunity to sail with the owners of ALAMOSA WINE CELLARS & TEXAS HILLS VINEYARD, two wineries who are taking Texas wines to a new level with their Mediterranean style wines. You will sail with Karen and Jim Johnson of Alamosa and Kathy and Gary Gilstrap of Texas Hills, owners and winemakers. The Johnsons and Gilstraps will conduct a wine seminar and tasting on Tuesday and Friday.

5 DAY WESTERN CARIBBEAN CRUISE:
- Monday, November 10, 2008 arrive in Galveston, Texas between Noon and 2:00PM for embarkation on Carnival's Fun Ship Ecstasy. If you are driving, parking is available with the Port of Galveston in their lots for approximately $10 per day. Ship sails at 4:00PM. You must be aboard by 3:00PM under new security guidelines.
- Tuesday, November 11, 2008 enjoy your day at sea with the first of the wine tasting seminars.
- Wednesday, November 12, 2008 we arrive in Progreso, Yucatan at 7:00AM at which time you may go ashore to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the port. There are many activities and sights
to see. You may now pre-reserve tours on line or the tour desk on the Ecstasy will assist you with information and making reservations for escorted tours. You must be back on board by 2:00PM.
- Thursday, November 13, 2008 we arrive in Cozumel, Mexico at 8:00AM at which time you
will want to take the opportunity to go ashore and visit some of the ancient Mayan ruins, shop
for that special gift to bring home, or get a round of golf in. You must be back on board by 3:00PM. Ship sails at 4:00PM.
- Friday, November 14, 2008 will be the second day at sea to enjoy the second wine seminar
and tasting. This will be a good time to put in those orders with the vineyards for your favorite wine.
- Saturday, November 15, 2008 we arrive back in Galveston, Texas for debarkation beginning around 8:00AM. Generally, debarkation will take approximately two hours.
The group will have the 8PM assigned dining time each day. Other meals are open seating.
YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT VAILD PASSPORT PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP TO ENTER AND LEAVE THE UNITED STATES.
Missed sailings are the responsibility of the individuals who are late for the sailing.

Included in the price of this sixth annual cruise, is your cabin assignment, all meals and snacks, entertainment, current government taxes, fees and fuel surcharge (as of 01/08) as well as the wines served during the two wine tasting. All other alcoholic and carbonated beverages served on the cruise are purchased directly from Carnival Cruise Lines and are not included in the cost of your cruise. The cruise rate is per person double occupancy (two people sharing one cabin). Not included in the cost of your cruise is travel insurance (applications will be sent to you), the standard $10 per person per day gratuities to your service personnel aboard the Ecstasy which are automatically charged to your sign and sail account, parking, transportation to Galveston and items of a personal nature. It is the traveler's responsibility to have current valid Passport proof of citizenship, and for arriving at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a scheduled sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. Carnival Cruise Lines and Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. reserve the right to refuse or discontinue passage to anyone who is considered a safety risk.

GRATUITIES of $50 per person are automatically charged to your sign and sail account (a personal credit card will be required to board the ship)
TRAVEL PROTECTION (highly recommended) an application will be sent to you with your confirmation. This application must be mailed directly to the insurance company within 15 days of your deposit.
TO GUARANTEE A CABIN, A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR DEPOSIT OF $200 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED BY JUNE 30, 2008. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY SEPTEMBER 4, 2008. CABINS ARE LIMITED AND ARE ON A FIRST COME BASIS. If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATION:
Before July 31, 2008 no penalty for cancellation, after July 31, 2008 and before September 4, 2008 a penalty of $200 per person for cancellations, after September 4, 2008 and before October 31, 2008 a penalty of 50% of your cruise cost is assessed, and after October 31, 2008 there is no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Changing of two names in the same cabin is considered a cancellation. There is a fee to change one name after September 4, 2008. No name changes after November 3, 2008.
