Join fellow alumni on our first annual scholarship fun raiser cruise from Galveston, Texas on the fabulous CARNIVAL FUN SHIP ECSTASY. $25 from each passengers cruise cost will go toward a scholarship to AUBURN UNIVERSITY. Don't pass up this opportunity to socialize with fellow alumni and relive Tiger memories.

ITINERARY:
*Monday, January 19, 2009 arrive in Galveston, Texas between Noon and 2:00PM for embarkation on Carnival's Ecstasy. If you are driving, parking in a secured lot is available for $10 per day. Ecstasy sails at 4:00PM from Galveston to Cozumel, Mexico.
*Tuesday, January 20, 2009 your first day at sea to work on your winter tan, relax and enjoy your Fun Ship Ecstasy, network, and make new friends.
*Wednesday, January 21, 2009 we arrive in Progreso, Yucatan at 7:00AM at which time you may go ashore and enjoy the beauty of this ancient city with sugar white sand beaches and a laid back atmosphere. You must be onboard the Ecstasy by 2:00PM. Sailing is at 3:00PM. Missed sailings are participant's responsibility to arrange transportation.
*Thursday, January 22, 2009 we arrive in Cozumel, Mexico at 8:00AM at which time you may go ashore to enjoy the beauty and carefree easygoing island of Cozumel. You must be back onboard the Ecstasy by 3:00PM. Sailing is at 4:00PM. Missed sailings are your responsibility to arrange transportation home.
*Friday, January 23, 2009 is your second full day at sea sailing back to Texas.
*Saturday, January 24, 2009 we arrive back in Galveston, Texas for debarkation beginning around 8:00AM.

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT FOR THIS CRUISE
The cost of your cruise includes your cabin accommodations, all meals, entertainment, current government taxes, port charges, security fees and fuel surcharges (as of 01/08) and a $25 per person donation to the Auburn Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. Not included is your transportation to Galveston, parking fees, and the standard $10 per person per day gratuity for service personnel aboard the Ecstasy, alcoholic and carbonated beverages, insurance, shore excursions and items of a personal nature.

• SCHOLARSHIP FUND WILL RECEIVER $25 FROM EACH PER PERSON RATE BELOW

*Rates shown are per person double occupancy (that is two people sharing one cabin-each person pays)

A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $50 PER PERSON IS DUE NOW TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN. If you are using a credit card, you will see the deposit charge on your statement as Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. All other charges will appear as Carnival Cruise Lines. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. Monthly installments or 4 equal payment plans are available. Full and final payment is due by OCTOBER 31, 2008. If you are paying by credit card, your payments will automatically be charged to your credit card on file when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before October 31, 2008 no penalty for cancellation, after October 31, 2008 and before November 20, 2008 a penalty of $250 per person for cancellations, after November 20, 2008 and before December 15, 2008 a penalty of 50% of your cruise cost is assessed, and after December 15, 2008, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after November 20, 2008. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have a current valid PASSPORT and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. Carnival Cruise Lines and others reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk.
