If you have never been on a cruise before, it is time to stop dreaming and start looking forward to all the delicious dinners, exciting ports of call, casino action, entertainment, the pampering service and to just see what everyone has been talking about since our first D&B Comedy Cruise. We have made it easier and more affordable for you to cruise with us. We are offering 6 different categories of cabin accommodations, the Inside, Outside, Balcony, Large Cabin Balcony, Suite and Penthouse. After your initial deposit of $250 per person ($350 per person for Large Cabin Balcony, Suites, and Penthouse categories), you can elect to make monthly payments, four payments or pay in full. Your payments can be either automatically charged to your credit card or you can mail us checks. Make all of your payments by check; we will deduct 3% of your cruise cost from your final payment. |

Travelers to Canada are advised that they may be denied entrance if they have ever been convicted of a criminal offense, including minor offenses and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI/DUI). Please advise.

OPTIONAL VACATION PROTECTION PLAN (insurance) is highly recommended to protect your cruise investment. Details and an application form will be provided.
If you wish to purchase your own air transportation or use frequent flyer miles, please deduct $500.00 per person. Please advise, as flight arrival and departure times must correspond with sailing schedules.
A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $250 PER PERSON ($350 PER PERSON FOR SUITES) IS REQUIRED BY JANUARY 31,2008 TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN RESERVATION. AFTER JANUARY 31, 2008 RATES WILL INCREASE. PAYMENTS TOTALLING $1,000 PER PERSON ARE REQUIRED BY MARCH 31, 2008. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY JUNE 30, 2008. * 3% DISCOUNT FOR ALL PAYMENTS BY CHECK.
If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO., INC. Final payment is due by JUNE 30, 2008.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before March 31, 2008 no penalty for cancellation, after March 31, 2008 and before June 30, 2008 a penalty of $350.00 per person for cancellations, after June 30, 2008 and before July 31, 2008 a penalty of 50% of your cruise package cost is assessed, and after July 31, 2008, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Carnival and the airlines assess penalties for name changes after July 31, 2008. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have a valid passport and to arrive at the respective airports and seaports on time for scheduled flights and sailings. If you miss a flight or sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to join the group. Carnival, Paradise Vacation and the airlines reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk. Please advise if you are not a U.S. citizen.
