Join the legendary and nearly world famous Dale Dudley as we celebrate his 20 years of broadcasting knowledge, live, local and direct to Austinites. Joining our floating celebration are his partners Bob Fonseca and Charlie Hodge, the KLBJ-FM morning show team. Dale has also asked some of his favorite comics to come along and entertain at our late night parties. This cruise is not complete without you the loyal listeners. Dale has asked that we come up with a fantastic cruise package for you, and we have. So, this is your official invitation to come along and celebrate Dale's 20 years at KLBJ-FM.

The Best of Both Worlds - by combining the excitement of a 7-Day Western Caribbean Cruise and the private D&B comedy shows aboard the luxury Carnival Cruise ship CONQUEST, you will experience a memorable week of celebration and relaxation. Our specialized Comedy Conquest Cruise itinerary is designed to include a private welcome aboard cocktail party at which time the morning show will introduce our entertainers and you will have the opportunity to meet fellow listeners. Additionally during the week your are invited to the late night D&B private comedy shows exclusive only for those on this Paradise Vacation cruise package. (Admission is by D&B identification only)

If you have never been on a cruise before, it is time to stop dreaming and start looking forward to all the delicious dinning, exotic destinations, exciting entertainment, casino action, and pampering service you will experience on our Comedy Conquest Cruise celebrating Dale's 20 years at KLBJ-FM. We have made it easier and more affordable than every to cruise with our program whereby you can make payments (as low as $60 per month) after your application and deposit are received. We are offering 5 different categories of cabin accommodations. The Inside, Outside, and Balcony category require a $50 per person deposit and the Suite and Penthouse category require a $250 per person deposit. A total of $250 per person must be paid in by April 15, 2007 and full payment is due by June 30, 2007.

ITINERARY:

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT OR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID. WITH THEM FOR CHECK-IN, SAILING AND TO RE-ENTER THE UNITED STATES IN GALVESTON. All guests must present the required documentation at embarkation and failure to have a Passport with you will result in denied boarding and no refund. Passengers under 21 years old must sail with their parents or legal guardian.

· PRIVATE COCKTAIL RECEPTION WITH YOUR HOSTS
· PRIVATE LATE-NIGHT COMEDY SHOWS
(Not included is your transportation to Galveston, parking fees, the standard gratuities to your service personnel aboard the Conquest, insurance protection, items of a personal nature such as alcoholic beverages, shore tours, massages, gambling, and shopping)

A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $50.00 PER PERSON ($250.00 PER PERSON FOR SUITES) IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN RESERVATION. PAYMENTS TOTALLING $250.00 PER PERSON ARE REQUIRED BY APRIL 15, 2007. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY JUNE 30, 2007.

If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO., INC. Final payment is due by June 30, 2007. If you are paying by credit card, your scheduled and final payments will automatically be charged to your credit card when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before April 15, 2007 no penalty for cancellation, after April 15, 2007 and before June 30, 2007 a penalty of $50.00 per person for cancellations, after June 30, 2007 and before August 15, 2007 a penalty of 50% of your vacation package cost is assessed, and after August 15, 2007, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after August 15, 2007. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have the proper travel documentation (passport) and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. The Carnival Cruise Lines reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk.
